Returns Policy - Medela Canada Online Purchases

You may return an eligible item by following this return policy.

If you suspect a manufacturer defect or other warranty issue, please refer to Medela Canada’s warranty policy.

What is an eligible item?
To be eligible for return, the item must be received by Medela Canada in its original condition (unopened, unmarked and in saleable condition) within 14 days of the receipt of your purchase.  Also, a Medela Canada Customer Service Representative must first verify your original online Medela Canada purchase.

How to return an eligible item

  • Eligible items may be returned only after Medela Canada approves your return request by issuing an RMA number.  Requests should be submitted to our customer service deparment by calling 1-800-435-8316 or e-mailing us at info@medela.ca.
  • Be sure to write the RMA number on your shipping label(s).  Do not attempt to return any item without an RMA number.
  • Ship your return merchandise to the address provided by Medela Canada, pre-paid and insured (if you wish to insure the package), using the shipper of your choice.  Medela Canada recommends insuring the shipment; Medela Canada is not responsible for damage or loss during shipment.

Processing 

Medela Canada will process your return and a refund will be made to the credit card used for the original purchase upon receipt of the eligible item.  Please allow up to two billing cycles for refunds to appear on your credit card statement.

Restocking fees
All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20%.  Medela Canada does not refund any shipping and handling charges or return shipping costs.
